Do you ship?

This a school store; unfortunately we are NOT set up to offer shipping. Please only place an order if you have a child/grandchild at MVC we can deliver to, or if you are willing to stop by our office to pick up your order.

The item I want is sold out. What should I do?

We’re sorry! We have a relatively small inventory, though we’ll occasionally restock. Check back later!

May I shop in person?

We may have a few samples available for viewing, but we are not set up for in-person shopping. Please place your orders directly on the website. We always try to list size charts, and we encourage you to check them—we often offer different brands!

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We offer exchanges only, for the same item in a different size. If we don’t have the size you need, we’ll offer a refund, but that is the only time.

How long will it take to get my order?

We’re a small shop staffed largely by volunteers. Your patience is appreciated! We will fill orders and deliver to students once or twice a week, so you should have your order delivered to your student within a few days.
